Hi and thank you for coming to my website and blog! I'm so excited about starting my private practice and look forward to the new challenge!

I am a registered dietitian based out of Boston, MA. Full time I work inpatient nutrition and I work on this business on the side. I created this site to bring all of my side hustles together into one place. I have always been a very busy bee. I have always worked multiple jobs since starting college, both for the money and because I have so many interests! I love counseling people and helping them to reach their nutrition goals. I love working on projects (from social media to research articles) for different companies. I love teaching (something I get to do as both a tutor and preceptor for dietitian students at the hospital)! All of these interests plus having a lot of free time recently (hello COVID) allowed me to finally put together this lovely website.
