FAQ: How to Pick the Best Tutoring Service for You!
When it comes to getting extra help with the exam, there are many different options out there! A common issue that I see is students being too quick to purchase large programs and ending up in a program that doesn't fit their individual needs. Here are my tips for picking a service that is best for you: -Assess your needs. If your need is to have accountability, a study guide might not be the best for you. If you need to work on your own schedule, a live course might not be best for for you! -Make sure that you have gone through the material you already have. You want to take advantage of the material you already have from your internship and school. I recommend to also purchase the Inman and Pocket Prep at baseline as well. -Test out the tutor's teaching style to know it works for you. Most tutors have free classes ( Sunday 8p Facebook lives or my free MNT Part 1 class). Or just buy 1 class to test it out. Seeing reviews from other students can also help you to get a sense of if that tutor would be a good fit for you. -Know what is included in the package you are buying. If it is a recorded course can you watch it more than once, how long do you have assess to it? For live classes, do you get a copy of the slides, is there time for Q/A. For private, is there in-between support, what resources are provided. (Just a few examples) I share these tips with you because my goal is to make sure that if you choose to work with me that you are put in the correct course. While I love all of my offerings, they each work for different types of students and I want to make sure you are in the right program for you! Also remember that you can use services from multiple tutors as we all have different offering! Interested in learning more about my programs? Check out my website for a full list of services from live group classes (July Monthly Group Registration now open) to 1:1 to recorded course programs.

This 4 week courses provides students with the structure and accountability they need to stay on track with their studying. All packages included recorded general review courses, study guides and homework assignments. Classes start the first Monday of the month and each week we meet as a class for 1.5 hours (8-9:30pEST). The first 30 minutes of the class will be for questions on the domain from students followed by a 1 hour practice question class of domain questions. Each group is limited to 10 students to allow for students to easily be able to be engaged in class and also to help for a community. July course access starts 7/1.
In addition to the live classes each week, each week students receive homework assignment, activities and self guided lessons to help them to have independent study of the material we are receiving in class. All questions are open ended to encourage learning and for me to be able to better evaluate areas that the student struggles with most. Students have 1.5 weeks to complete the homework for each domain and are able to turn in their homework to me for review and comments. Space is limited to 10 students and course does sell out each month so don't delay if you are interested!
