Weekly Updates 1/24 + New Course Sneak Peak

A question I have been getting a lot lately is what have students been saying about the 2022 exam changes. First off, one important thing to remember is that the biggest change that is happening is the decrease in Domain 1 questions and increase in Domain 2 material. If you haven't already be sure to take my free class on the changes so you have all the information about the updates!

So far from my students who have taken the exam, the biggest change they felt from previous attempts that an increase in domain 2 situational questions and increase in community programs. A big thing to remember with Domain 2 is that it isn't just MNT! Domain 2 covers labs, medications, community programs and MNT/disease states. If you are looking for a great review of these topics check out my Domain 2 Bundle!

I have also been asked if you should be worried about buying "updated" materials and my recommendation is to use what you already have an make sure you review any updates (ie. IDDSI, DGA, labels) that have happened since 2017 (if you want my favorite recourses on these just email me!). Remember it isn't buying more materials that will make you pass if you aren't working on your study strategy! Use what you have and when you find a trouble area that is a great time to come to a group class or purchase a recorded course! I talked about why I love group classes in a previous blog post and a lot of those same reasons also apply for recorded courses. If you are looking for best value, I recommend checking out my recorded course bundles as these are discounted 15% off the regular price! Current bundles include: MNT Bundle, Equations Bundle, Math Bootcamp, Domain 1 Bundle, Domain 2 Bundle and the Nutrition Support Bundle. Want to try out a class for free to test it out? My MNT Part 1 Course is free for you!

New Recorded Course Program Sneak Peak

Over the past few weeks I have been working on building a brand new course which will be a big upgrade to my currently available Self Paced Course. The goal of this course is to offer a highly structured review through the topics of the exam (vs doing a general review as is currently done with the Monthly group and Self Paced course) that a student can complete on their own schedule while still getting feedback to a tutor. In addition to a video on each topic, each module will also include a homework/activity to complete to help test your knowledge. This course will include all of my currently available recorded courses in additional my new topic review course, including mini lessons nd study tip videos. See below for a sneak peak of some courses included in domain 1! Course will be available for purchase 2/1/22!
