Introducing the New Signature Self-Paced Course

Over the past few weeks I have been working on building a brand new course which will be a big upgrade to my currently available 4 Week Self Paced Course, which follows the same structure as my Monthly Group Tutoring with 4 general review classes and homework assignments/resources for each domain. While these courses are very popular and effective, I wanted to build a course that would incorporate all of my videos courses and provide a more in depth look at many of the smaller topics that I cover in the general review courses, but that students would really benefit from a full discussion and lesson on, even if that lesson was only 5 minutes.

This prompted me to start the long process of recorded every PowerPoint that I use with my 1:1 students into a video lesson. I also took my general review courses and broke them down into individual lessons. In total I ended up adding 50 modules to this course. Each module has a combination of practice questions, resources and homework assignments to help students to engage with and learn the material. Each domain starts with a review of study tips for the domain and 10 practice questions to help you thinking about the types of questions that can be asked of you in each domain. In addition to a video on a topic, each module will also include a homework/activity to complete to help test your knowledge.

As part of the course build I also invited some of my students to serve as the beta testers for this new program. As lectures were created they would review them, keep a daily log of modules complete with their comments and provided me with their feedback at our weekly meetings. (You can see some of their reviews below). Their feedback on this course was extremely helpful and helped me to build the course to really be tailored to be tailored to the needs and wants of students. During the build a key desire of the beta tester students was to have a course that wasn't just hours of review. While you will find some hour and a half videos, the majority of the sessions are <45 minutes and some are only 10 minutes. this helps to make the course one that you can easily fit into your schedule whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours.

This course will be my most comprehensive review course program! Prepare for the exam with 50 different lessons (25 hours of videos), practice questions, homework assignments and resources. This course is ideal for the student who is a visual learner and wants to focus on comprehension of the exam materials to allow for them to build their confidence and have a strong working knowledge of the exam material. The course is completely self paced which allows you to complete the course on your own schedule. Pick from access options of 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 6 months.
